Alex is a native of North-Central West Virginia. He graduated from the Appalachian School of Law and went on to be a Judicial Law Clerk in the 29 Judicial Circuit of Virginia under The Honorable Richard C. Patterson and The Honorable Jack S. Hurley Jr. Alex went on to become an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney and then an Associate Attorney for The Law Offices of Vanessa Lynn Rodriguez before finally settling into his own firm. His experience as an Assistant Prosecutor and private law firm associate gives him a unique perspective in the way he handles every case.
